Does it cost anything to register?
No. Registering your interest is free, and there’s no commitment.
Which charities can take part?
We’re starting with UK-registered charities. If your registration is pending, you can still register your interest and we’ll talk it through.
Where does the money come from?
From partner businesses. When a KindSpend member who has chosen your charity pays with their linked card at a partner, the partner funds a donation. Supporters never pay extra.
How will donations reach us?
We’ll agree the details with founding charities before launch, and explain exactly how and when donations are paid.
What about our supporters’ data?
Supporters join KindSpend themselves and control their own choices. Before launch we’ll set out exactly what information charities receive, and we’ll never share supporters’ personal details without their permission.
Can we promote KindSpend now?
Yes. Your supporter link works as soon as you register. While we’re pre-launch, supporters who use it join the KindSpend waitlist and are credited to your charity.
